International Airline Reservations:

Cape and Islands Travel Agency will be happy to assist you with your international airline reservations from your home city to Vietnam. Special fares exist for this trip and the earlier you reserve your seats, the more options will be available to you. Upgrading to business class seats is possible at special fares subject to availability. A nominal fee will be charged for this service. A visa is required for entry into Vietnam and Cambodia. Information on obtaining your visas will be given once your deposit is received. A valid passport must be in effect with expiration at least six months past the last date of your stay in Asia.

Trip Cancellation/Medical Insurance:

We strongly recommend trip insurance which we consider a necessity. We are happy to send you an insurance application upon request. OR please go to www.travelex.com and apply online, using our code: 21-0211. Our policy will cover pre-existing medical conditions provided that you enroll within ten days of making your initial deposit. The cost of the insurance is based on the length of your trip, the total cost and your age.

Trip Insurance is recommended to protect the participant against cancellation charges due to medical reasons. Since cancellation penalties are strictly enforced by the tour operator and there are no exceptions for any reason, we emphasize the importance of enrolling for this coverage. The Insurance company we recommend, Travelex, is excellent and we have used them without problems for many years.

Terms and Conditions

What is included:

Please see the inclusions at the end of the tour itinerary regarding the tour and accommodations.

All entrance fees and transfers with private tour guide and driver. All meals as indicated on the itinerary.

What is not included:

Please see the notations at the end of the itinerary for items not included. Please note that with included lunches and dinners that alcoholic beverages are not included

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS:

All cancellations must be in writing to Cape and Islands Travel Agency and are subject to a $300.00 nonrefundable administrative fee. Cancellations received within 120 and 91 days prior to departure will be assessed a $1000.00 fee. Between 90 days and 61 days prior to departure will be assessed $1500.00 and less than 60 days, full forfeiture of payment.

RESPONSIBILITY CLAUSE

Cape and Islands Travel Agency and/or their agents assume no responsibility or liability in connection with the service of any train, vessel, carriage or aircraft, or other conveyances which may be used wholly or in part in the performance of their duty to the passengers, neither will they be responsible for any act, error or omission or for any injury, loss, accident, delay or irregularity which may be occasioned by reason of any effect in any vehicle, or through neglect or default of any company or person engaged in carrying out the purpose of which tickets or coupons are issued.

In the event it becomes necessary or advisable for the comfort of the passengers, for any reason whatsoever, to alter the itinerary or arrangements, such alterations may be made without penalty to the tour operators. Additional expenses , if any shall be borne by the passengers. However, when the tour departs the U.S., no refund can be made for any feature of the program not used by the passenger during the operation of the tour.

The agency reserves the right to decline to accept or retain any person as a member of the tour at any time. Cape and Islands Travel Agency will not be responsible for any expenses incurred by such participants. The sole responsibility of any airline used in any tour is limited to that set out in the passenger contract evidenced by the ticket. Finally, Cape and Islands Travel will not be responsible for any cancellation penalties incurred due to any acts of terrorism or epidemics.
